Monica Alvarez Sastre obtained her Bachelors in business administration from American University, with a major in accounting. In the pursuit of her passion for international business development, Monica went on to attain her Master’s degree in brand management, specializing in the luxury arena, from the Istituto Marangoni, in Milan, Italy. With prior experience in the fashion industry, Monica found her natural niche in luxury real estate, working with industry clients in need of lifestyle specific, luxury properties. Having lived in Italy and London with extensive travels throughout Europe, Central America, Argentina, and Hong Kong, her knowledge of cultural subtleties and location importance, provide the international client relocating to Puerto Rico, a wealth of resources. Monica targets her real estate efforts towards to the luxury lifestyle rental client, establishing themselves in the Condado Beach District of San Juan. She brings global experience, extensive Condado Beach location knowledge, exuberance, dedication and the utmost in professionalism to the client ,culminating in a truly excellent, real estate experience.
