MAC (Suburban Metropolitain Area Communities)

However, the culinary scene in the metro-suburbs has burgeoned in the past several years. A plethora of eateries can be found sprinkled throughout these neighborhoods along with people from all over who make their way there to delight in the different types of cuisine. Depending on your mood or appetite you can enjoy everything from a wine and tapas tasting boutique to haute Japanese cuisine to an authentic Italian feast…rivaling any restaurant stateside.
Active Lifestyle - Whether you fancy jogging, tennis, soccer or baseball, the metro suburbs certainly have ample green spaces and options. And as if this weren’t enough, Guaynabo even has an amazing forest reserve of approximately 600 acres called La Marquesa Forest Park where one can spend a leisurely afternoon walking, take a stroll in the cable car or watching the birds at the aviary.
Entertainment - Movies theaters can be found in most neighborhoods. These state of the arts theatres are the gathering places for many families on weekends.
